Duties
- Prepare agendas for and preside over Executive Board Meetings and Booster meetings
- Ensure that monthly minutes are posted to the Band website and emailed to members
- Inform the Executive Board of issues, needs and concerns pertaining to Band Program activities
- Work closely with the Treasurer to ensure financial reports and any required business documents are filed in an accurate and timely way
Jerann Barnett
Vice President
Duties
- Assist the Band Director and President in representing the Membership
- Act as Volunteer Coordinator
- Oversee and coordinate fundraising activities
- Recruit Fundraising Chairpersons
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers for fundraising activities
- Present fundraising ideas and projected revenues to the Board and Boosters
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of fundraising-related paperwork
Steve Kreinbrink
Treasurer
Duties
- Manage accounts payable, bank accounts, and the general ledger
- Reconcile all bank statements and booster activity
- Prepare and present monthly budget reports as well as the annual budget
- Maintain and file tax and financial documents in an accurate, timely way
- Supply money for cash boxes
- Work with the Bursar to receive, count, verify and deposit all money to the appropriate bank accounts
Kelly Wagner
Bursar
Duties
- Receive, post, track and manage all monies for deposit (Accounts Receivable)
- Track student fees/charges for all activities
- Prepare and send monthly account statements to band families
- Report income from activity fees at monthly Booster meetings
- Arrange alternative payment plans as needed
- Preserve confidentiality of student records
- Coordinate with the Treasurer for accounting and deposits
Amie Wells
Secretary
Duties
- Record, prepare and publish meeting minutes with related financial reports
- Tabulate and record votes during monthly meetings, plus annual and special elections
